Aluminum hydroxides

ALUCOM produces one crystalline and three different amorphous aluminum hydroxides. Each product is optimized for different applications and offers specific properties for a variety of processes.

Our four aluminum hydroxides differ slightly in their properties depending on the manufacturing process, for example in their solubility in acidic, alkaline or neutral environments. All products are purely mineral, are characterized by a high degree of whiteness and have different grain sizes.

With our products GECEDRAL® BZ 111, GECEDRAL® L, Aluminum hydroxide NF and GECEDRAL® TM, we support you in making your construction and production processes more efficient.

GECEDRAL® BZ 111 and GECEDRAL® L are highly effective setting and hardening accelerators that are reliably effective even in low doses and thus enable shorter construction times.

Aluminum hydroxide NF impresses with its specific properties for use as a special filler, e.g. for printing inks and paints.
GECEDRAL® TM is a crystalline aluminum hydroxide with a very fine grain size (d50 = approx. 1 µm) with a wide range of applications, for example as a flame retardant or as a filler and thixotropic agent, e.g. to optimize the flow behavior of plasters.
