Liquid setting acceleratorsLiquid setting accelerators
Our liquid, alkali-free GECEDRAL® F setting accelerators were specially developed for tunnel construction and have proven particularly effective in securing and lining tunnel cavities with shotcrete, as well as in overhead work. They guarantee excellent adhesion, high early strengths and low rebound, so that you can achieve high throughput rates, reliable strengths and efficient driving performance.
With our high-performance setting accelerators such as GECEDRAL® F2000 HP, GECEDRAL® F100 A and GECEDRAL® F100 HB, we have already successfully supported numerous tunnel construction projects over many years.
Powdered setting accelerators
Our aluminum compounds are used to adjust the setting acceleration and as thixotropic agents. Our powder setting accelerators for various applications in cement-bound mortar, plaster and concrete:
GECEDRAL® BZ111, GECEDRAL® L, GECEDRAL® AS and GECEDRAL® AS 23 are used in areas such as tile adhesives, precast concrete elements, shotcrete, plaster and repair mortars.
With GECEDRAL® ABE and GECEDRAL® ABE-R, we offer you alkaline, solid setting accelerators for cement-bound systems. They are particularly suitable, often mixed with alkali carbonates, rock flour and/or other additives, for spraying concrete using the dry spraying process.
Since GECEDRAL® ABE is easily soluble in water, it can also be used in the wet spraying process, alone or in mixture with alkali carbonate, as a liquid accelerator.

Thixotropic agents
GECEDRAL® TM is a special additive for the construction industry that is used as a filler and thixotropic agent to specifically control the flow behavior of plasters. It facilitates the processing of masses that would otherwise be too solid or difficult to handle, ensuring even, comfortable application. As a special product, it offers you the flexibility to optimally adapt your building materials to the respective requirements.
